7. Transfers and processors
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. To run the website and our services we use providers that process data on our behalf: website hosting and email, Cloudflare (bot protection on forms) and, where applicable, Google Analytics (visit statistics). We may transfer data without your consent only where the law allows it, for example to competent authorities or to medical services in an emergency.
8. ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Oppose the use of your data (ARCO rights), and to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, email info@fcjaguaresnegros.com with: your name and a way to reply; a copy of an ID (and, if acting for a minor, proof that you are their parent or guardian); a clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise.
We will respond within 20 business days and, if applicable, carry out your request within the following 15 business days.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website may use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to know how many people visit and which pages they view, and Cloudflare protection on forms to tell people from bots. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will keep working.

We apply administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration or unauthorized access. We keep pre-registration data for up to 12 months if enrollment is not completed, and enrolled students' data for as long as the relationship lasts plus the period required by tax and other applicable laws.
